Echeveria Indigenous of South America, Echeveria are unlikely to weather through frost and snow during the Winter. However, they can easily be brought inside the house before the first frost, and planted in sandy soil in direct sunlight, and watered only about once a week. Because of their Tropical nature, Echeveria are highly prolific, and tend to grow up and out of containers in very exotic fashion.
Our most prolific and popular Succulent Plant: the Echeveria Elegans, or as we like to call it, Cool Plant. Faster growing than other Succulents, and colored a beautiful blue/green, you'll see exactly why it's called the Cool Plant! In the hotter Summer months, it will push one flower stalk per growing crown, configured with several exotic pink/orange blooms. Very cool!

More corpulent than its brother, the Cool Plant, the Echeveria Prolifica has more of a soft green color with a purple edging, and is less likely to sprout a flower stalk. However, it does love to grow, in the right conditions, and will often push its crowns off the ground or out of planters, especially when crowded. The result is a truly exotic and unique looking display of growth, something that could hardly be imagined!
