The plant's strange pencil-shaped flower is how Golden Club gets its name. Blue-green oval leaves protrude as much as 12 inches from the water surface. It's best planted in a depth of 6-12 inches so that the base of the plant is just below the ice level for the Winter. Grows well in both full sun and part-shade.
