Leaves:
Top, bronzy; newer pads darker bronze; some purple blotches; underside, purple. Leaves are longer than wide and are serrated.

Situation:
Full sun for at least six hours.
Characteristics:
Nonviviparous, very free flowering, seed production profuse.
Notes:
Blooms usually open around dark and close toward mid-day; yet they will stay open all day on cool, overcast days.
