A unique lily with creamy white spots scattered on large purple flowers that become more pronounced with age. Easy to grow. Cold and shade tolerant. Can be grown indoors over the winter.

Flowers:
Purple with white spots throughout. Sepal color: Inner, purple with a yellow base and violet blue tips. Size 4-6 in. Sweetly scented.
Leaves:
Top olive green, underside, red purple covered with dark purple specks. Oval leaf.
Spread:
Medium spread.
Situation:
Full sun. 6 to 12” water depth over top of pot.
Characteristics:
Very free flowering. Viviparous.
Notes:
Named after one of the Florida Keys, Nymphaea “Islamorada” means purple isle. It is strongly viviparous and somewhat cold tolerant.
