Nelumbo ‘Night and Day’ is unique in that after the first day, it stays open night and day without closing, which makes it ideal to cut and bring into the house and enjoy, especially when one has evening company.

Flowers:

Dark to medium pink with cream or white base. There are frequently red stripes in the petals running the full length of the pink. Size 7-7.5 in. Very slight fragrance.

Full sun.

Characteristics:

Nelumbo ‘Night and Day’ makes one of the finest lotus cut flower and will last nearly a week fully open in the house.
